Hello!
I return again and again to the same places to capture their atmosphere and the sense of wellbeing that exists there.
I'm a landscape artist and I paint in oils and acrylics. Country lanes and ancient routes, patterns in the landscape, meadows- these are a constant source of inspiration for me. But above all it's about the light and the passing seasons.
I will be at Cranbrook Art Show in the historic Vestry Hall from 5th to 7th November 2026!

"My wife and I approached Sophie earlier in the year to paint a tree for us! We have a walk that we like to do, and on that walk is a tree - a magnificent tree that takes our breath away - so we were hoping Sophie could capture something of its beauty.
